Planning and Design Room

The Planning and Design room is used for the initial stages of application of the engineering design process, which is at the heart of science learning. In addition to taking part in class discussions, students research, brainstorm, and design both individually and collaboratively in this space. Students from grades 6, 7, and 8 use this space for class discussions, brainstorming, researching, and sketching of their designs.
