The ACS Phoenician Chapter of the National Honor Society held its annual Induction Ceremony May 23rd.

A battle between: Dragons, Wizards, Griffins, Phoenix, Titan and Indriks at AUB? Yes it's true and it happened in late April on the campus of AUB during the Middle School House Olympics.

The second week of May was a busy time for High School students as they ventured out of the classroom for the annual week without walls.

For the 3rd year in a row, 6th grade students were given an opportunity to raise funds for the St. Jude's Children's Cancer Center by participating in the Letter-a-Thon.

Fourth grade students at ACS participated in an overnight adventure to Laklouk, led by the teachers and administration.

On Tuesday, May 2nd, former NASA astronaut Dr. Donald Thomas spoke to grades 5-8 about "Overcoming Obstacles to Achieve your Dream in Life."

The Development and Alumni Office invited the Class of 2017 to a farewell lunch in the courtyard as a kick off to the induction ceremony.

Our class of 2017 seniors were confirmed as graduates of ACS at AUB's Assembly Hall on May 28. 72 seniors are headed off to universities and colleges around the world.

The Performing Arts Department presented Voices from the High School ... And Stuff, which included scenes and monologues by playwright Peter Dee, as well as original scenes, monologues and songs that were devised and written by ACS students.

29 ACS 9th graders and one 12th grader traveled north to Akkar, Lebanon, on Saturday, April 22, to volunteer at an academic center for Syrian students living in the area's refugee camps.
