After a year of working out the details, ACS has launched its new online school calendar to give parents a way to view campus activities in one place, rather than looking for information on up to 6 different calendars.
Parents of students in different divisions will find this useful and it can be synced on mobile devices. Not only does the calendar show what day of the cycle it is, but it indicates when there are half days, early dismissals, plays, concerts, sports games and parent activities. Should an activity change the date, time or place, those will be updated on the calendar too.
" We want the parents to use the web calendar on a daily basis to get the most up to date information " said Hasan Al-Masri, ACS Webmaster. Each division can update their activities directly, and campus wide events are administered by key personnel. All calendar enquiries should be directed to Hasan.
