Our Middle School and High School swim teams participated this last Friday in an in-house swim meet. The swimmers experienced the organizational aspect, the pressure of swimming for time, and the overall feel of what a true meet might feel like. For the HS students, this was an easy Friday night. For Middle School students, it was a hard night as many of them had returned from their overnight MS retreats just a few hours earlier that afternoon. New Athletics and Activities Director Joe Toler said “It was amazing to see the energy level and great attitudes from these swimmers.” He is excited about the year ahead for all of the programs.
