ACADEMICS
As the ACS Mission Statement notes, the academic program at ACS “instills in students the highest academic and ethical standards, preparing them for the successful pursuit of higher education and for responsible effective global citizenship.” The High School at ACS offers a rigorous academic program for students in grades 9-12. Within the High School, there are three different diploma programs offered:
- American College Prep Diploma Program
- International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program
- Lebanese Baccalaureate (LB) Diploma Program
For more information on each of the diploma programs, please click on the links to the left. Students in tgenerally take 7 or 8 courses each year, depending on their grade and program.
