The American Community School at Beirut will hold its annual
Mini-NESA Conference on Friday, November 6,
2009,from
8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and is cordially inviting you to attend this
special event on ACS Campus!
Mini-NESA is a professional development opportunity, for teachers
and educators in
Lebanon and the region, to learn about research-based practices in
education, by attending workshops or participating in idea exchange
sessions. It is also a
special occasion to meet and connect with colleagues from various
schools or educational institutions.
The
registration fee to attend three Mini-NESA workshops/idea exchange
sessions (lunch and certificate of participation included) is $35
(TTC included) for teachers and $25 (TTC included) for ACS-Beirut
Alumni and ACS student-teachers.
Please
note that, for your convenience, payments should be made after ACS has processed your
application, issued the related invoice, and emailed it back to
you.
The
deadline for registration is Monday, October 20,
2008. Please mark your calendars and note that the school
reserves the right to close registration at any point after the
deadline. Places are limited.
