Parents who wish to enroll their child/children in the cafeteria service for 2019-20 are kindly requested to read the terms and conditions and fill out the online registration form below.

• You may enroll your child/children per semester or for the full year. In addition, you may choose to provide them with "morning snack + hot lunch" or "just hot lunch".
• Parents who enroll two or more children will benefit from a 5% discount.
• Parents will receive a 5% discount for settling annual registration fees in full before the end of September 2019.
• Payment should be made starting Monday, February 3^rd and no later than Thursday, February 13^th, 2020.
• Payment in LBP only can be made in cash or by check to the order of "CAT & MOUTH SAL".
• If your child has any allergies or intolerances, you are required to complete a Medical Form.
• Cat and Mouth personnel are not authorized to administer any medication.
