Guidelines and Instructions

• To assist you with size selection, a measurement table (CM) is added below each type in addition to a photo showing the design.
• Once you submit your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours with the order confirmation number (Submission ID) and the total price to pay.
• Kindly save the Submission ID and present it to the ACS Bookstore starting August 28, 2023, to collect the items you ordered.
• Payments are only in ($) Cash USD.
• You may order a maximum of one item per type and color. Additional items can be purchased after September 8, 2023.
• Duplicate orders will be canceled.

Exchange and Return Policy

• Should you need to update or cancel your order, please email our Web Manager, Hasan Al-Masri, referencing the Submission ID and the instructions.
• You may exchange items for a different size only.
• Returned and exchanged items should be in their original package, and neither worn nor washed. Otherwise, the items will be deemed as purchased.
• No exchange or return can be made between August 28, 2023, and September 8, 2023.
